Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our Reactive Emergency Assessment Community Team (REACT) in East Suffolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the community, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in need.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert clinical care to patients in the community, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Leading and managing a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
