About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at The Chantry, a specialist neurological care centre in Ipswich. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for managing a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, ensuring effective performance management and adherence to Brainkind policies and procedures.
  • Provide support, leadership, and supervision to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met and their rights are respected.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with service users, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory requirements in the independent care sector.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
