We are seeking a highly experienced Account Acquisition Professional to join our team at Redis Labs. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to drive revenue growth and expansion. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, lead qualification, and handoff of qualified opportunities to our account executives. To excel in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of database management systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with database management systems, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS applications and possess a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue. You will also be expected to execute established best practices and committed engagement cadences on time and on message, using Outreach, Salesforce, Drift, and other tools. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $100,000 per year, plus additional benefits including competitive salaries, RSUs, flexible vacation time, health insurance, paid paternity leave, and more.
