What You'll Do:

  2. Manage classrooms during teacher absences and provide cover for lessons.">
  3. Prepare and deliver lesson plans to engage students and promote learning.">
  4. Develop positive relationships with students, teachers, and other staff members.">
  5. Support students with special educational needs and provide additional help when needed.">
  6. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans.">
  7. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or as a teaching assistant.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.">
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.">
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.">
