Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Liftec Express. As a key member of our drawing office, you will be responsible for providing high-quality engineering designs that meet client technical specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own projects from concept to detailed design, ensuring technical excellence and outstanding client service.
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure all deadlines are met, working closely with internal and external specialists.
  • Utilize AutoCAD 2D to carry out order-specific design and build a 3D CAD library of parts and assemblies.
  • Produce detailed lift design/installation drawings and fabrication drawings for customer approval.
Requirements
  • Industrial experience within the lift industry, ideally with a design remit.
  • Confident use of design tools such as CAD, SolidWorks, and/or AutoDesk.
  • Able to manage your own workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain external stakeholders.
