About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Early Years Professional to join our team as a Teacher Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching on various T Level Foundation Year (Level 2), and T Level programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality education that inspires students using your current experience within the sector
  • Teach on the full range of 16 - 18-year-old T Level Foundation Year (Level 2), and T Level programmes
  • Support the development of future early years practitioner skills and help to prepare young people for the world of work

Requirements: A teaching qualification (or experience of teaching/mentoring) and an assessor qualification; however, we would also love to hear from people with a passion for the sector and who want to be part of educating young people.

What We Offer: Working Time: 828 hours per annum of teaching and equivalent professional duties over 198 days. Contract Type: Permanent. Pension: Teachers' Pensions Scheme. Leave entitlement: 38 days per year plus bank holidays (pro-rated for part time) plus additional discretionary days at Christmas.
