Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including salaries, benefits, and tax information
- Process payroll transactions, including payments and deductions
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or payroll administration
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
