Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Professional to join our team at Strode College. As an Academic Faculty Member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, inspiring them to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. They will be able to engage with all aspects of the teaching programmes, ensuring that students participate in innovative lessons that motivate and support progression and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality education to students on T Level Foundation Year (Level 2), and T Level programmes
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire students and promote academic achievement
• Mentor and support students to ensure they reach their full potential
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Early Years or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Assessor qualification or experience
• Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Competitive salary: £25,000 - £40,000 per annum
