Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Children Residential Care Team Leader in our West Midlands Complex Care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote positive outcomes and well-being for individuals in our care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice and quality care.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a care setting, with a focus on children and young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Commitment to promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children within our care.
