About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex palliative healthcare needs. This will involve developing individualized care plans, including specialist interventions, to meet the unique needs of each patient.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating learning and development opportunities, as well as developing teaching programs for student nurses and assessing learning in practice.
Main Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to patients with specialist palliative healthcare needs
- Develop individualized care plans, including specialist interventions
- Coordinate and evaluate learning and development opportunities
- Develop teaching programs for student nurses and assess learning in practice
- Participate in clinical supervision and annual appraisals
- RN level 1 qualification
- Experience of working within a multiprofessional team
- Evidence of post-registration experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
