Healthcare Educator

Grwp Llandrillo Menai is a leading educational institution in North Wales, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. As a lecturer in Health and Social Care / Children's Development and Education, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of professionals in these fields.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, healthcare, social work, or a related field, with a sound understanding of current legislation and policy in the Healthcare sector. Additionally, experience in the Child sector, such as working in primary education, Early Years settings, or other relevant industry experience, is highly desirable.

As a lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching across various levels, from Entry 3 to Level 3, and will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and experiences to the teaching and learning delivered. You will also be expected to undertake initial assessments, identify special learning needs, and ensure learners are registered with the college and awarding bodies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners. They will also be committed to ongoing professional development and be willing to participate in quality assurance systems and performance reviews.
