Your Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue and resolve claims with expertise and professionalism.
  • Develop strategies to recover project performance and meet client outcomes.
  • Provide effective stakeholder management with clients and supply-chain partners.

Requirements:

  • A construction-related degree or legal qualification.
  • Experience in leading claim pursuits and negotiating successful resolutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
