About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Food and Beverage team as a Bars Admin/Stores Person. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, maintaining stock levels, and performing various administrative tasks to support our Bars Manager and the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure consistent supply
  • Check in and log out stock when allocated to departments
  • Carry out regular stock level audits
  • Cash up and bank takings
  • Invoice and receipt
  • Manage rotas and time sheets
  • Perform general administrative duties

Pay Rates

Pay rates start at £18+ per hour, depending on age.

Experience and Qualifications

You don't need experience to join our Food and Beverage team. We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.

Working Hours

The Bars Admin/Stores Person working hours are usually 8am until 5pm, 2 to 3 days per week, which includes working Wednesdays and Sundays.
