About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bars Admin/Stores Person to join our Food & Beverage Team at Haven. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our bars, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and performing various administrative tasks to support the Bars Manager and the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stock and inventory levels to ensure constant supply levels
  • Check in and log out stock when allocated to departments
  • Carry out regular stock level audits
  • Cashing up and banking takings
  • Invoicing and receipting
  • Rotas & Time sheets
  • General admin duties

Pay Rates: 18+ from £up to £ per hour depending on age

About You

You don't need experience to join our Food & Beverage Team. You may already have experience working in bars & restaurants or have been office based as an administrator with a passion for hospitality, but if not, that's okay. We will provide the training and support required to ensure you are great at what you do.

Working Hours

The Bars Admin/Stores Person working hours are usually 8am until 5pm, 2 to 3 days per week, which includes working Wednesdays and Sundays.
