Bars Admin/Stores Person Job Summary

As a Bars Admin/Stores Person with Haven, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our bars and stores. Your responsibilities will include managing stock levels, performing administrative tasks, and assisting the Bars Manager and team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock levels to ensure a consistent supply
  • Check in and log out stock when allocated to departments
  • Carry out regular stock level audits
  • Cash up and bank takings
  • Invoice and receipt
  • Manage rotas and time sheets
  • General administrative duties

Pay Rates: 18+ from £up to £ per hour depending on age

About You:

  • Don't need experience to join our food and beverage team
  • May already have experience working in bars and restaurants or have been office-based as an administrator with a passion for hospitality
