About the Role



We are seeking experienced Care Professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in people's lives.



The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to help them maintain their independence.



Key Responsibilities




  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients safely
  • Overseeing medication administration and providing support with daily routines
  • Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompanying clients on outings and errands


Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate approach to working with clients
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team


What We Offer



As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you can expect:




  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.75 on Saturdays and Sundays, and £24.50 on Bank Holidays
  • Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement at 35p per mile
