About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Parent Bim's Restaurants LTD. As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in financial management, marketing, and human resources.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Contribute to staff training and development by providing guidance and feedback to team members.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to pursue a career in restaurant management.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
