- Support children in their learning through play, both indoors and outdoors.
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's progress, reporting back to the lead teacher.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the well-being of all children and provide personal care as required.
- Promote the development of communication and language skills.
This role requires a motivated Early Years professional with a minimum of 1 year's experience. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education is also necessary.
