Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing one-to-one tuition to students, tailored to their individual needs
• Working closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education services
• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and improve educational outcomes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
• A strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
