Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide support to students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with SEN students, a strong understanding of SEN practices, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing individualized support to SEN students, adapting lessons to meet their needs and promoting independence.
- Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, monitoring student progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and promotes academic achievement.
- Prior experience working with SEN students, preferably in a teaching assistant or similar support role.
- Strong understanding of SEN practices, with a patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach to meeting individual student needs.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo the check).
