About the Role
The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) provides support to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or Physical Disabilities. This role involves working with these individuals, their carers, providers, and other agencies to enable them to achieve independence and fulfill their aspirations.
You will be responsible for delivering statutory duties related to supporting people within Adult Social Care. This will involve ensuring that customers are at the center of their care and support, and demonstrating behaviors that result in the delivery of compassionate, caring, responsive, and proportionate care and support.
