Reservation Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Reservation Advisor to join our team in Dunstable. As a key member of our Reservations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive annual salary of £23,153, based on a standard 37-hour week. You will work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, enjoying a great work-life balance and weekends free.

As a Reservation Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, answering phone calls and creating reservations using our Opera system. You will also record and input enquiries, process cancellations and amendments, and promote our hotel facilities and services.

You will need to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulations at all times. A professional telephone manner, good written English skills, and IT literacy are essential. Problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and a team player mindset are also required.
