Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring that our company maintains the highest quality standards. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the QA team, develop and implement quality assurance policies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality throughout our project delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Quality Management Systems: You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Ensure Compliance: You will ensure our company's compliance with ISO certifications or other relevant quality frameworks.
  3. Process Documentation and Improvement: You will ensure all processes are documented, consistent, and align with industry standards and company policies. You will also lead the continuous improvement of the QMS to enhance product/project quality and operational efficiency.
  4. Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures: You will establish and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures, including internal and external audits, to verify compliance with established QMS, industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Reporting: You will prepare regular reports on quality performance, including key quality metrics, audit findings & status, for relevant senior management.
Requirements:
  • A degree/qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant experience as Quality Assurance Manager, preferably within commercial, residential, healthcare, and life sciences projects.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Proven experience in leading audits & quality assessments.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 per annum, plus benefits.
