Head of Operations and Fulfilment Opportunity

Chase and Holland is delighted to partner with a top-tier client in their search for a new Head of Operations and Fulfilment. This exciting role offers a unique chance to lead a high-performing operations team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly OTIF customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the operations team to maintain high standards of Health and Safety in the warehouse and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on pick accuracy percentage and provide narrative around anomalies or SLA failures.
  • Develop a plan and schedule for stock take processes and create SOPs and best practices.
  • Act as a Wellbeing Champion, promoting positive attitudes and supporting team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role leading an operational warehousing and distribution/fulfilment operation.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate across the SLT and play a strategic role in the business.
  • Hands-on troubleshooter with excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships and avoid siloed working practices.
