Head of Operational Excellence

We are thrilled to present an exceptional mandate for a global blue-chip food business, seeking a Head of UK Operational Excellence to join their senior leadership team.
This strategic role reports directly to the UK board level SLT and encompasses the entire UK Operations, with a hybrid work arrangement that balances time at Head Office in Buckinghamshire with travel to other sites.
As the Head of Asset, you will lead and deliver significant business, process, and continuous improvement projects across the client's UK manufacturing sites, leveraging considerable budget and internal resources to drive innovative business improvement and process projects.
You will have full ownership of the long-term strategic plan, aligning with the business's goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record in large-scale food production and supply chain management
- Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes, including NPD, engineering, supply chain, and food safety/quality
- Multi-million-pound project management and delivery experience
- Budgetary management skills
- A strong understanding of the food manufacturing sector
