The Good Care Group Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and caring live-in carers to provide top-notch care and companionship to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional care and support services, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and managing medical conditions.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, ensuring the smooth running of the household.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a live-in carer, care assistant, or support worker.
- A driver's license (though not essential) would be beneficial for occasional outings with clients.
- Ability to work flexibly, travelling to client placements within the UK (all expenses paid).
Benefits Package:
- A highly competitive annual salary of £28,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
- All UK travel expenses covered during placement periods.
