We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Independent Living to join our team at Oxford Aunts. As a Live-In Care Specialist, you will provide companionship and support with personal care, domestic tasks, and housekeeping, enabling our clients to live well in their own homes.

Job Description
  • Provide companionship and support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe and comfortable movement
  • Support with medication management and administration, as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work, preferably in a live-in setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

  • A starting salary of £25,000 per annum, rising to £30,000 with experience
