About the Role

As a Live-In Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safe and comfortable movement
  • Support with medication management and administration, as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work, preferably in a live-in setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
What We Offer

Oxford Aunts offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A starting salary of £28,000 per annum, rising to £35,000 with experience
