About the Role

The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to queries via phone, in person, and email
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications
  • Taking payments
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience to clients

Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous receptionist experience, with veterinary experience a plus
  • Resilience and ability to cope with potentially distressing situations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
