About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist at Seadown Totton Surgery.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering phones and booking appointments
  • Responding to queries via phone, in person, and email
  • Registering new clients
  • Completing insurance forms
  • Dispensing medications
  • Taking payments
  • Providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients

Requirements

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual with previous receptionist experience, preferably in a veterinary setting. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management systems.
