We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the position of Support Coordinator for Adults with Disabilities at Thera Trust. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement support plans that cater to the unique needs of each service user. This may involve assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, and empowering individuals to take control of their lives.
