Job Title: Care Home Team Leader

About the Opportunity:

P4 Recruitment Ltd has partnered with an exceptional care provider based in Chorley, Lancashire to fill a Team Lead position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home
  • Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement effective care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 health and social care or equivalent
  • Significant experience in elderly and dementia care
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of medication management and handling incoming medication

Salary: £31,362.24 per annum (£14.36 per hour)
