About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Young People's Support Specialist to join our team at the CareTech Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and fostering ambition in our young residents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to establish meaningful relationships with our young people. You will also be able to provide guidance and support in areas such as education and personal development.

Job Description:

  • Salary: £24,793-£26,083 per annum
  • Sleep-in shifts: £3,120-£4,680 per annum
  • Overtime pay: 1.2x your hourly rate
  • Hours: 40 hours per week on a rotational basis
  • Shift Patterns: 2 – 3 shifts per week (08:00am until 11:00pm – with sleep in)
