Healthcare Office Manager

Job Overview
">Our client is seeking an experienced Office Team Leader to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will oversee a small team of Reception Administrators, providing crucial support and guidance to the admin team and the Practice Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Line manage administrative staff, supporting staff development, and ensuring they are up-to-date with mandatory training.
- Identify and deliver team training where required.
- Review and update administrative and reception policies and procedures as needed.
- Support the management team in compiling practice reports and the practice development plan.
- Develop efficient office processes and procedures to adhere to extant legislation.
- Coordinate temporary administrative and reception staff cover for periods of leave and other staff absences.
- Manage deliveries to the practice, adhering to the cold chain policy as necessary.
Requirements:
- A health care or GP background.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits:
£12.50 per hour.
Outskirts of Exeter.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch).
