About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Custody and Probation Support Worker. In this role, you will work closely with clients to support their transition from temporary accommodation to settled housing, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to rebuild their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' housing needs and develop personalized plans to prevent homelessness
  • Support clients in exploring their housing options and accessing suitable accommodation
  • Monitor and manage case loads through our case monitoring systems
  • Respond to new referrals in a timely and efficient manner
  • Record all activity and outcomes on the case monitoring systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with ex-offenders and individuals at risk of homelessness. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team. You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality services and supporting clients to achieve their goals.
