**The Role:** Lead Care Practitioner
Care UK is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Care Practitioner to join their team in Horsham. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
As a Lead Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to the highest standard.
