About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Leader to join our team at Workingmums. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our compliance and risk functions, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of regulatory compliance and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior compliance role. You will have a deep understanding of FCA regulations and be able to provide expert guidance and support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our compliance and risk functions, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our team on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that our compliance and risk framework is effective and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
