We are seeking a New Media Marketing & Development Officer who shares our ambition and passion for promoting Swindon's heritage attractions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in digital marketing management, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for managing websites, social media, and print marketing initiatives that cater to corporate and community sectors. Your ability to think creatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in achieving our goals.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with our museums and heritage team to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with our strategic objectives and meet the needs of our audiences.

Swindon Borough Council offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a dynamic work environment that supports creativity, innovation, and ongoing personal development.
