Flexible Learning Educator

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Tutor to work with students of various ages in a home setting, making a significant difference in their educational journey.
Key Duties:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to individual student needs.
- Work collaboratively with our consultant to ensure a smooth experience.
- Support young people who require re-engagement in education.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold professional teaching qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE) or extensive tuition experience supporting English, Maths, and/or Science.
- Have experience working with children/young people with additional learning needs (SEN/SEMH).
- Be able to work effectively with disengaged young people or looked after children.
- Have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £62 per hour.
- 2 hours paid planning and preparation time per week.
