About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals looking to join the British Army.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the recruitment process
  • Update internal databases with accurate and timely information
  • Escalate any issues or problems that may arise during the recruitment process
  • Support team members as needed to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Good communication skills

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is transforming the British Army's recruitment service. Our team is dedicated to improving the recruitment and selection process for both the Regular Army and the Reserves.
