About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals looking to join the British Army.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from potential recruits and responding to online webchat enquiries
  • Accurately updating the internal database with candidate information
  • Escalating any problems or issues that may occur during the recruitment process
  • Providing information and support to candidates regarding various stages in the recruitment process
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the telephone
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to our in-house database
  • Familiarity with army careers, although not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
