Project Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Services Lead to join our E&C team at Semco UK. As a key member of our project control team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project controls services across our portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support the Planning Governance Manager and Cost Control Manager in implementing and maintaining project control processes.
- Recruit, lead, and provide training to the Project Control team, including Planners, Cost Engineers, and Estimators.
- Engage with business services teams to ensure alignment of project controls processes.
- Drive ownership and accountability for managing change of work scope tasks throughout the project team.
- Liaise with client project controls functions and management to ensure effective collaboration.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures for controlling projects, including Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
- Ensure correct project controls tools and methodologies are applied to drive performance.
- Establish and manage project performance indicators to drive input to departmental performance reports.
- Experience on full project lifecycles within a Project Controls or Project Engineering function.
- Contract knowledge – experience in various forms of EPC contracting.
- Experience with integrated project controls systems and Microsoft 365 data collection and analysis tools, including PowerBI.
- Strong working knowledge of project controls theory and practices.
- Formal Project Controls Qualification (Cost or Planning Pathway).
