Project Services Lead

Semco Maritime A/S is seeking a highly skilled Project Services Lead to join our E&C team. As a key member of our project control team, you will be responsible for developing and managing project controls services for our E&C department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Control Leadership: Develop and implement project control processes and procedures to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project control professionals, including planners, cost engineers, and estimators.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Planning Governance Manager, Cost Control Manager, and Project Delivery Lead to ensure alignment of project control processes and deliverables.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery and control.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with client project control functions and management to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and manage project performance indicators to drive business performance and decision-making.
  • Reporting: Develop and implement reporting processes to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and opportunities to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with project control procedures and guidelines to maintain high standards of project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in project control leadership and management, with a strong background in project delivery and control.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project control theory and practices, including contract knowledge and integrated project controls systems.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of project control professionals.
  • Qualifications: Formal project control qualification (cost or planning pathway) and a strong understanding of project control processes and procedures.
