Accounts Administrator

White Oak UK is a leading provider of loans and asset finance to SME businesses. We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Process purchase invoices and update the purchase ledger
* Deal with daily banking transactions and update the cash book
* Process expenses and update the daily banking transactions in the cash book
* Post receipts to Netsuite and Leasesoft
* Raise sales commission invoices on Netsuite
* Update the board sheet with daily invoicing and own book reports
* Process referral fees
* Load payments to HSBC net for purchases and own book payouts
* Receive and distribute purchase invoices for signing and posting to Netsuite
* Responsible for the weekly purchase ledger payment run
* Chase payment and deal with invoicing queries from funders
* Load own book movements into Netsuite
* Reconcile bank accounts and investigate unallocated items
* Reconcile own book suspense accounts
* Assist with processing of commission clawbacks
Requirements
* Previous experience in an accounts role
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel
* Familiarity with Netsuite accountancy software
* Studying or desire to study AAT
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
