Key Responsibilities- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children and young people
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each child
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent and high-quality service
- A caring, resilient, and committed mindset towards caring for children
- Experience of working with adults or children with learning disabilities or living care experience
- Desirable but not essential to have Level 3 in Children and Young People
