Support Worker

Salary: £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team of passionate professionals who share our vision for compassionate care. As a Support Worker, you'll assist residents with daily tasks, promote independence, and foster a sense of community in our care homes.
You'll work closely with our registered nurses and other colleagues to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English
- Experience working in care or healthcare
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
