Job Overview

Select Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in Leicester. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilise your administrative expertise to manage end-to-end service contracts, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Service Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and quality checking all service contracts, inputting data into the Fleet Kompact System, and managing reconciliations to ensure accurate cost allocation. You will also handle invoicing for service jobs and parts jobs, as well as provide exceptional customer service through telephone calls. Your proficiency in systems like ADP, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word will be invaluable in this role.
