Stock Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Data Specialist to join our team at Joma Jewellery Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, collaborating with the Merchandising team, and developing effective stock management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring that all discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop and implement effective stock management strategies.
• Ensure that all retail product is accurately priced and made available online.
• Develop and maintain performance tracking documentation to inform business decisions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in stock management or a related field.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other relevant software applications.
• Experience working in an e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
