We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

">Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to work with us as a Resident Care Specialist. You will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and independence are maintained at all times.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a care environment and hold relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ 3 in care or equivalent. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to administer prescribed medications safely and accurately, complete documentation in care plans, and attend meetings and training sessions. You should also be willing to undertake further training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
