Senior Business Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage large-scale business transformation projects, focusing on Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management and be able to develop and implement robust SCM models, optimising processes for efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale business transformation projects, focusing on Finance and Operations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across various functions to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement robust Supply Chain Management (SCM) models, optimising processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes while ensuring project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective communication and reporting with senior management and stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Project/Programme Manager, with a strong focus on Business Transformation and SCM models.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience in Finance and Operations (F&O) projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges and risks.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
  • Previous experience working within Inside IR35 contracts.
